We've been with our internet service provider, WOW (formerly WideOpenWest) for a long, long time. Atlantic Broadband has recently acquired WOW's Ohio operations, and the transition is still ongoing. Now Atlantic Broadband has changed its name to Breezelite. It's an odd name, but at least it's not geographically specific. The quality of the email service has become occasionally erratic -- our computers will be unable to connect to the email server, and then later they can, without any intervention.
But that's not the point of today's post, which is meant to be amusing. Here is a screenshot of the email announcing the latest name change.
I decided to forward this email to Joan. However, this is the response that came back.
So, an email written by Breezeline being sent from one Breezeline account to another, has been considered spam by Breezeline. Those spam filters need a lot more training!
